Worried about CPU temps

I idle at around 30-40degrees idle, And when running the "blend" test on prime95 i max at 70degrees. When playing certain games, ie: BF4, I get up to 65-70 sometimes a little over 70.
My processor is an i5 3570k @4.2 GHz Cooler is a Corsair H60. My offset voltage is at -0.095 and additional turbo on auto. I feel like it should be running cooler. Is 70degrees anything to worry about?
Thank you in advance.

I would say that your temps are not high, but also not ideal. 70C while running Prime95 is fair, but mid-30's while idle is a little too much. Ideally your idle temp should be less than your ambient temp + 8C. For example, if ambient temp is 22C, your idle temp should be under 30C. I used to get the same temps a while back with my i7 and 212X. What you should do, is go into BIOS, and increase the fan speed of your CPU cooler. This will drop your IDLE temps by around 3-4C. Next, buy some better quality TIM (thermal grease) and reseat the heatsink that touches your CPU. Make sure there are no scratches or other defects on the surface of the heatsink or CPU. (I had a dent in the heatsink of my cooler about 6mm in diameter, which seriously affects performance. Currently in the process of asking for an RMA). Also, turn off auto-overclock if it is on. Good luck :)

Thanks a lot guys. I applied antec thermal grease to my heatsink while installing. might try arctic silver 5..
CPU fan speed is turned up all the way, as well as my case fans. But from reading what you guys said, 70 degrees isn't that bad. I was just worried because it seemed a bit high.

You are welcome. There are better thermal paste than Artic Silver 5 but Artic will do the job.
