Can my dell percision t1650 upgrade its vga card quadro 600 to zotac gtx 970?

I think that the 750Ti have a power req of only 300w, and in Tomb Ryder you get just under 50fps

But with any more taxating you will get low (and for me unplayable) framereate, its a midstream card, dont spect to max high demanding games on full HD or higher
Thx u so much . But is it best option that I can get with my psu? I want to spend one time for the vga so I can play most game at high graphic at ease . I am playing ff14 with just standard graphic for desktop with quadro 600 and it is still not smooth .
