after days of ebay searching and more. It just seems superior to build to get the best for your money. here is what i came up with. any advice is appreciated./ thanks guys

Is just a list for reference or can it be adjusted? I see rebates in there and there are better options if these can be used.
Not to bad at first glance btw,but agree on the cpu.For future updating is intel probably better,maybe start with an i3+H/Z97 and look at broadwell at the time.
