Hello there.

I've recently been looking all over for this question to be answered but haven't seen any locations where it's been asked before.

My CPU has it's stock cooler from AMD, and it's quite loud. Spinning at around 4-5000 RPM nearly all the time. It's nice, keeping the CPU cooler than 60 Degrees. But it's loud, so loud it's really getting to me. So I wanted a new COoler for it, something that'd be nice and quiet, until myself and my supplier ran in to a problem.

As you can see there, the CPU is very close to the ram. Meaning there's not a lot of room to make way for a decent cooler, as most are slightly larger than the stock one with fans around 100-120 MM big.

Does anyone know of a way to get a decent cooler in there that'll work and fit?

Sorry, it is not the low profile RAM, because I just guess from the picture that is inside your case. The RAM have 2.07in/52.5mm height, from the corsair memory FAQs. http://www.corsair.com/en/support/faqs/memory

So you may get the Thermaltake NiC C5 or SILVERSTONE NT06-PRO Low Profile CPU Cooler something like that cooler. Or maybe the water cooler too.
looks like you have the low profile RAM, you can buy the hyper 212 evo or plus, like the picture http://assets.overclock.net.s3.amazonaws.com/e/e6/e621577f_vbattach200269.jpeg but make sure your case can have enough height for the 160mm cooler.
Or you can get like those too:
