Ok so i bought a new computer 18 days ago and it had HD 7730 GDDR5 1GB, everything seemed alright until i turned on some games, the frame rate was very very bad and i knew that this is not the maximum out of my graphics card, and then i saw on youtube that you have to set games to HIGH Preformance but too bad i didn't have option for Switchable Graphics whenever i open catalyst i can't see that option at all (it should be in Power Settings), then i tried different drivers from 12,9 to 14,12 all types of drivers beta... But i still don't have the option, does anybody know what the problem is?

System specs:
Processor: AMD Sempron 3850 R3 (4 CPUs(Quad-Core)) 1,4 GHz
RAM: 4,00 GB
Graphic Card: AMD Radeon HD 7730 1 GB GDDR5

So there is no option for Desktops, wow i didn't know that but that's really weird because i seen people use desktops and hp laptops for switchable graphics, like this one https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4oB2oDO-IFk , also how is it possible that when i see people on youtube with same graphics card as mine play Battlefield 4 on Medium settings while i play Battlefield 4 on low and i get 5-15 frames and they get 45 frames per second, do you know the solution?
