Hi, i have an awkward issue with my motherboard and graphics card + psu

Current setup: 1 250watt psu (16pin) into my 16 pin motherboard (powers everything apart from graphics card), then a 650watt (20+24 pin) psu (outside case) going straight into my new graphics card (msi gtx 760 twin fazor), using a small wire to trick the psu into thinking it is on.
I have used this for about 2 days.

As you can see, i have to psus running at the same time, not very power efficient right?

Wondering what the best thing to do next is, i have searched online for a 24pin/20pin to 16 pin adapter, but i cannot find any that would work with my particular fujitsu pc.

Solution
With an OEM motherboard that takes an oddball proprietary 16 pin connector, that is about all you can do if you want to try to game with it. I wouldn't try using an adapter from 16 pin to 24 pin unless you were sure the 16 pin connector was wired exactly the same as the 1st 16 pins of the 24 pin connector.
Maybe it is time to upgrade to a new MB/CPU.
