Will Amd R9 270 be comfortable to run heavy games smoothly?

Here are some of the information of my rig-
CPU- Intel Core i5 4440 @ 3.10 GHZ
RAM- 4gb ddr3
Motherboard- Gigabyte H87M-D3H
And here's a low one, Graphic Card- GT 610
So I finally choose to buy the R9 270.

But still confused, Will it give me a FPS of above 40 when playing Crysis3, Far Cry4, COD Advance ModernWarfare

YES bro, it will run 40fps+ in most games but you either have to
a)lower the resolution
b)mix and match medium, high, ultra settings

in my experience using the HIS r9 270x clocked at 1140 mhz (factory OC), Far Cry 4 is avg around 36-60 fps (forgot the setting) while COD Advance Warfare (automatic settings) 50-60 fps at 1080p resolution (V-sync on).. This will give you image how far it will run since 270 is not much different than the "X" version but correct me if wrong. if you got a buck to go, i would suggest gtx 760 or r9 280 / r9 285.

270x user here. You forgot to mention the resolution you want to play it with. Crysis 3 runs max out in 1080p for me. With minimal AA. Far cry 4 1080p with custom settings (mix of high and ultra). Both games runs smooth in full hd. Its a good card for 1080p or lower resolution.
