Dell Inspiron 530s Video Card Upgrade

Hello, I have a Dell Inspiron 530s with a really bad video card (Intel G33/G31 Express Chipset Family) and i'd like to upgrade it so I could actually run modern games.

Specs

Windows Vista Home Premium

Processor : Intel Core 2 Duo CPU E7200 @ 2.53GHz

Memory (RAM) : 4.00GB

64 Bit OS

and a 250w power supply.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Hi

You need to first upgrade your cabinet to a mid-tower one as standard sized gpus won't fit into that slim-tower. Just buy a cheap cabinet like coolermaster elite 311 and shift your parts in it. Also, you need to buy a new SMPS/PSU also since the one you currently have is a small sized one which won't properly seat into a mid-tower cabinet. Oh and your cpu also needs to be changed to a quad core at least. Core 2 Quad could be an option if it's still available there or else you need to buy a new mobo in order to get an i3/5/i7

So, basically you would be buying these things-
-A reliable PSU, 500W at least
-A new mid-tower cabinet - Cooler master elite 311 is a great option for budget users.
-A new cpu and/or motherboard
-And finally a...
