The capacity of the PSU doesnt matter, its how much load is being put on them (i.e the components in the computers)

No, the consumption will be fairly similar. Might be slightly higher with the two PSUs, but hardly measurable.

Expect around a 3-4% difference but you shouldn't use 2 separate power supplys on the same computer it can cause lots of problems and make failure of one of them much more likely
