I don't have much money but I'm saving for a GTX 970 card. In the meantime I'm using the integrated graphics on the 4790k connected to a Sony 50W829 LED TV. It performs adequately but compared to my 7 year old 256MB Leadtek 7600GT card, it doesn't seem to perform as well, but I was reading it should be better.
I've played with the settings and got the colours the best I can but there are a couple of motion glitches. When I scroll up and down fast with the mouse when browsing in Firefox, I get lines that flicker across the screen but when I turn Firefox smooth scrolling off, it's fine. When I'm playing the Bubble Shooter game (from my SSD not over the internet), the balls are slower and a noticeably jerky at times. This is Bubble Shooter not COD! The screen is set to 60p Hz 32 bit colour. When I put my old card back in, the balls are fast and smooth, no issues with smooth scrolling etc. Anyone got any ideas? Thanks.
