Should I overclock my FX 6300 ?

So I have FX 6300 Six-core 3.5Mhz CPU and these are my other specs:
>Motherboard: Gigabyte 970A-UD3P
>Graphics card: Gigabyte Radeon R9 270X
>RAM: 10Gb 1333MHz (2 x 4Gb + 2Gb)
>HDD: 1Tb WD

I looked some threads on the fourm and decided to test my PC while playing, using MSI Afterburner. I tried it while playing PlanetSide 2 (MMOFPS) and the GPU is using about 60% of its capacity but the CPU is using 80-90%. So my question is if I should OC my CPU in order get more FPS ingame? And also, if I need to OC, can you recommend me good water cooling for the CPU.

Run afterburner without playing a game. Check GPU Usage.

Run Prime 95 or Intle burn test, check CPU clock speed (watch temps so they don't go over 61 if you are using stock cooler).

About the CPU, when i don't play game, the clock speed stays at 450 MHz at temp 15-25 celsius(59-77 fahrenheit if you meant that by 61?) with the stock cooler.

Planetside 2 is the most CPU heavy game i know. (worse than Arma)

If that is your main game, overclock that fx 6300 as far as you can and you can do it with 212 Evo.
