No, you can see that the Corsair CS series have a lot of ripple on the 12V supply that will reduce the life of the video cards. Try to get a tier 2 A or B level. 650W seems okay.

Actually, this whole issue is not real black and white. Also the review shows some low quality caps for this supply. You could buy this supply and be fine. Or you could get failures. I would just recommend a higher rated supply. It's your money so you make the decision.
