Hello, I am about to sell my R9 270x but I had a question regarding the cable connecting my gpu to the psu. Is this included when I buy a new gpu? So can I give my current cable to my buyer?

The cable im talking about is specifically the 2x6 pin connected to my gpu and 1x8 pin connected to psu.

No. Those cables come with the power supply.

And more than likely, even if you both have modular PSUs, the cables won't be compatible with both (unless they're from the same manufacturer, or just so happen to use the same connections which is unlikely).

I'm not sure though, I looked at some videos (I plan on buying the 290) and all the people had this cable in their pc's already. Are you sure I have to give it to the new owner? Because I don't want to screw myself right now =/
