Do I need a more powerful power supply, or is this a different issue

My computer reboots after about 20 minutes under load. I am not sure whether I need a new power supply or not. This has been going on for about 1.5weeks. System Specs: AMD A10-7850K motherboard: Asrock A78m HD+ Power Supply: Corsair CX430 Graphics Card: Gigabyte R9 270 RAM: Crucial Ballistix Sport 8GB 1600mhz. I know the power supply is underrated but is that the problem? It started doing this recently, I will be playing Titanfall or Far Cry 3 and this will happen in 20 minutes or less. One thing I also checked is the temperatures. My GPU runs fine, but I noticed my CPU at idle is 65degrees. I changed my wallpaper and it shot up to 80degrees. (Keep in mind my build is 4 months old). when I switch tabs in Google chrome, it shoots to 70degrees. About a month ago i cloned my hard drive to a 1TB drive and had crashing problems, but they went away. I am using CPUID HWMonitor for temperature readings, the AMD stock CPU cooler, and no overclock on any component. Please help.

If you're getting off the APU's integrated graphics, it should lessen the heat if anything. An overworked power supply should also not be affecting temperatures as far as I'm aware.

I would suggest checking the voltages of your cpu.

There is a possibility that the thermal paste between the heatsink and cpu might be the problem as suggested above.
If your CPU temperature is 65C idle, then yes, you have a problem from something.

Is it the PSU? I would assume no because the PSU doesn't really affect the temperature of the CPU as far as I'm aware.

I suggest checking your CPU cooler's fan and make sure it's working. Then make sure you have decent airflow going in and out of that case.

You need a better PSU - it's recommended the R9 270 needs 450W and the Corsair CX series of PSU isn't the best.

On top of that your temps are too high. You'll either need an aftermarket cooler or go back and re-do the thermal paste and/or the way you've set up your fans.

Well, I always have an open case with no fans. I tried taking off the CPU heatsink, and it was very sticky (I had to use two hands to get it off) to see if it had dried up. It didnt look like it so I restarted and temps were the same. I then removed the graphics card and felt the heatsink and it was considerably cooler (bios said idle is 35°C ) but now windows keeps blue screening and going to "Start up repair" and still wont boot to windows.

Okay, so I know I need better cooling, but is just installing the graphics card alone causing a 35°C jump? I know my power supply is a problem with my build, but is the overworked power supply doing something to cause my A10-7850K to heat up so much? I really want to find the root rather than covering it up with a 212 EVO

Okay, I know that im using the cpu part of my APU and GPU for graphics processing. I do know it stays @1.35 volts at idle with the gpu.I cant find how to check idle voltages in the bios.
