Cant open bios

Hey guy so i brought a new MOBO and CPU from centercom and all that and i chucked it in my pc.
anyway i wanted to reinstall windows so i backup my games and so fourth.
but i cant get my bios up so i cant chose my USB as the boot drive anyone please help

i dont have a internal speaker and have no money to buy one and it starts up fine and everything it will go to the start up windows it just dosnt see i have a keyboard pluged in

there nothing wrong with it and i have no money after i just spent $500 on the parts i have, after it goes to teh repair menu and blah it works but up untill that point it dosnt i need to be able to click f2 to get into the the bios, im sorry if i seem mad or angry i just dont wanna watse $500

yes $5 is to much and i did post mmy build look up
i5 4690k
GTX660 MSI
gigabyte Z97-D3H
8GB RAM
1TB
500GB .

and i do want help .
the reason $5 is to much i jusst lost my job and had to pay rent and alll that.
