cant open bios

so after alot of attemps i can not open my bios i tried all the F# keys and none work all it does is bring me to other meuns and not the bios please help

it was the del key but i have tried 3 keyboards went out and had to buy a ps/2 keyboard it keeps coming up with a option

or
Start windows normally

Have you tried starting windows normally then restarting the computer while tapping the del key rapidly?

i just put in a new motherboard so thats a no go all i need the bios for is that i can set my usb as the boot drive to re install windows idk anymore computer is just making me stressed

move it wait about 10 seconds move it back you should unplug your pc first just to be on the safe side.
