ususally that's a hardware error, try pulling out some components in your pc, like ram stick video card. if you are over clocking set your bios to default.
I had many bsod in windows 7 for long and among errors this was showing up very often. Turned out to be a faulty ram. I suggest to check your ram sticks perhaps on an other pc with memtest.

Here you can see that they refere to memory and drivers. Since there is no os already installed the driver part is quite unlike to happen. I insist on checking the ram for errors.
