Im hoping someone can shed some light on this for me, Im a bit of a novice when it comes to this kind of thing.

I recently bought a used Dell T5500. It had 2 1TB HDD's with a SAS6 RAID controller.
I removed the SAS6 controller as I dont want RAID and it was causing problems with the expansion card mentioned in the next sentence.
I installed a new SSD using an Asus U3S6 expansion card in a PCI-e slot.
This is all working as planned (except the USB 3.0 ports on the card but thats a seperate issue).
OS installed on the SSD.

Both HDD's show up in the BIOS under SAT0 and SAT1. Set to AHCI/RAID autodetect.
But in Windows only one of the HDD's shows up in My computer. I formatted this drive.

Does anyone have any thoughts on how I can get the other HDD to show up ?
Is there something on the drive that makes it still think its acting as 1 drive?

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
