You should get HD7950!
HD 7950s are dipping down in the $170-180 range making them incredible values for that price point.
BUT AMD's minimum requirements for the 7950 is a 500 watt power supply with 2 6 pin PCI power connectors. I would upgrade my PSU for sure if I were you.
