I give up,need help please

The peobelm started few weeks ago,I put the pc to sleep,few hours later,the sys didn't wanted to wake up,resart did'n help,there was power but no disply, so cleared the mcos,after few tries the pc was runnig again,weeks later,the same thing happend again,so I did the following,new mobo +cpu didn't work,new power suplly nothing changed, new ram still nothing,I have 2 ssds, used 1 at a time,still nope,I have a sec vga still nothing changed,I thought there is shortage of some kind,took everthing out,only mobo,pus,vga, ram were used,everthing works fine,i can enter the bios,safemode, but not windows? installed win7 to see if win8 is at fault,entered with no probelm,only random restarts,tried winds 8 later I was able to enter only with my oc settings.

8 gigs ram corsair vang
250 gb ssd
1000w psu(I know, was from myfirst build)be quiet

This is weird...
For starter try this:
1. Control Panel - Power Options - set to High Performance.
2. Disable low power states in Bios. Check on Google where are the exact settings for your Bios version.

I`m thinking that your PSU is not compatible with the low power states of Haswell CPU (If this is what you have), and it might cause it to crash.
If you manage to disable this in Bios, and the CPU will never require that extremely low amount of power, you might fix it.

Try this and report back.

I have an i5 750 @3.6 it's an old sys.n
good point about googling the exact bios settings,will report back in an hour,thanks man.

Still nothing, I think it's the mobo,gonna try another one.
