I know you said you cleaned it but from the pictures it looks like smudges.

You need to use lcd cleaner DO NOT USE WINDEX OR NOTMAL WINDOW GLASS CLEANER and use a micro fiber towel and might have to put a little force into it to scrub it.

This is a TV it is 1 year old and i tries to clean with decent pressure but still they are same i even tried using 99% isotropy alcohol.
