Hello everyone,
yesterday, after a hardware failure I upgraded my PC:
OCZ Tripple Channel Gold 8GB (2,2,4)
i7 2600
Gigabyte 6850HD OC 1GB
Gigabyte GA P67A UD4
120GB SANDISK SSD (IDE boot)
1TB Green Caviar HDD (files)

to:
OCZ Tripple Channel Gold 8GB (4,2,2)
EVGA 770 SC 2GB
ASROCK B75 Pro-3
120GB SANDISK SSD (AHCI boot)
1TB Green Caviar HDD (files)

And i noticed low fps on the games i tried to play:
Guild Wars 2(HDD) Ultra 60-70 fps before, Ultra 50-70 now
League of Legends Very High 100-300 fps before, Very High 55-180 fps now
Dungeon Defenders 2 MAX 40-60 before, 50-60 now
Minecraft everything on max 180 before, won't even boot now

SSD 5.9

Now

I ran clean install to Nvidia drivers 2 times now and nothing happened....

Any clues? By the way i'm studying computer engineering so i'm not a regular newbie ^^

Please help.

Solution
Hello everyone, i just got my replacement back, turned out that a censor on the mobo was toasted and though that my CPU was burning up making it run @1600GHz instead of 3400GHz. Now everything is fine....

check the drivers from the manufacturers website. the install disk from your motherboard is most probably outdated by a year or 2... ;)

GTX 770 is about 3x faster than HD 6850. The GTX 770 is not working at 100% or the driver overrides some settings . Try High Performance . Might try a heavy game . Also might run some benchmarks and compare the results . Perhaps the GTX 770 is working at lower level since it thinks more is not needed for those games.

Here's a screen taken right after the benchmark that gave me 18.8 avg FPS while my 6850 gave me 25.2 avg FPS -_-
Gpu load was at 60%

just read the Minecraft log, should have done it sooner, it said something about the memory. It windows seeing all 8 gb?
the motherboard it dual channel, it might not like that way you config the memory slot.
4,2,2? mixing memory? have you done memory check?

About that, well, i'm ashamed but, i can't figure out how to set them up because UEFI says A1B1(C1) A2B2(C2) but the manual says A1A2(C1) B1B2(C2). UEFI says that dual channel memory is installed and windows are seeing 8134MB of RAM

I don't see any option on the NVCP to enable HP, yes the PSU is enough.
Also i just did a Memtest with no errors >.<
