Cant get above 30 fps in arma 3 altis need help driving me nutts !

Cant get above 30 fps in arma 3 altis for some reason i have a decent rig and iv tried just about everything in the launcher .......... here are my specs

amd six core overclocked at 4.3ghz
8gb ram two 4 gb sticks 2400mhz each
gtx 780 6gb
hhd
msi 990fxa-gd80

So is their nothing i can do ? besides saveing up for a intel cpu ...... is their any cases where amd cpus have gotten more frames then 30 fps?

I have recently gone from an AMD FX-8120 to an Intel i7 4790k due to this exact issue. AMD CPU's just cannot run Arma effectively, i managed to get an additional 5fps by putting all settings on Very High (Sounds stupid i know) but this somehow makes the game use more of your GPU's power and less CPU. Since changing the the 4790k i have gone from 25-40 fps to constant 60 everything Ultra. Safe to say i will never buy an AMD chip for gaming again. Also make sure your draw distance or view distance is on around 1000 as you rarely need to see further than that and it can gain you a significant performance boost
