Hello
I am buying a new PC and want to hear your opinions on what I wore.
At the moment, this is an annual specification and I would love to offers improvements and explanations ...
I do not know which motherboard is good.
And I'm still trying to decide between the video cards, I want a computer will be strong for years to come as well.
Thanks, and sorry for my English ..

Intel Core i7 4790K 4.0Ghz 8MB L3 Cache s1150
Noctua NH-D14 CPU Cooler
-??-MSI Z97-Gaming 5 LGA1150, Intel Z97, DD -OR- ASUS Z97-A ATX DDR3 2600 LGA 1150 Motherboards Z97-A
-??-Gigabyte GTX970 G1 GAMING SOC 4GB -OR- Sapphire Radeon R9 290X VAPOR-X TRI-X OC 8GB
Western Digital Caviar Black WD1003FZEX 1TB Sata III
SeaSonic 620W 80+ Bronze S12II-620
Antec One Mid Tower Gaming Black

Solution
Not enough memory now. You'll want at least 8GB in a 2x4GB configuration.

If that Caviar Green is your only drive, you will want to swap that out for a Caviar Blue at the minimum. Seagate Barracuda or Hitachi Deskstar would be other choices here. You will want to stick to the 7200rpm drives for performance.

Admirable
Your build looks good and will be good for a few years to come. You're just missing some RAM, if you want to assure yourself of not having to upgrade that for a few years, too, you could get 16GB, as a lot of games nowadays are specifying more and more RAM minimums.

Thank you, on which motherboard would you recommend?
And which video card is better of those two I'm still undecided.

GTX970 is a bit faster and uses less power then an R9-290X. I suppose if you reviewed the games you play, or want to play, and see which they support better Nvidia or AMD.

Gaming 5 is a nice motherboard. Intel Z97 not sure of. ASUS Z97 A is also good.

No need for DDR3 2600, Just pick up some decent 2133 with a low latency (10 or less) rather then trying to overvolt and overclock the memory controller.
