I will not be overclocking the CPU/GPU and will not be using multiple GFX cards.
System will be used for video conversion/editing (DV avi files, HD videos), software development and occasional light gaming.

I already have:
* Seasonic SS400-BT PSU (400 W, ECO Green series) (will it be enough?)
* Three WD Blue 1 TB WD10EZEX SATA3 drives
* SATA DVD drive
* PS/2 keyboard and USB mouse
* Two Samsung S20B300B monitors with VGA and DVI-D (Max resolution 1600x900 @60Hz)
* PCI Firewire (IEEE 1394a) card

I will later add:
* PCIe WiFi add-on card
* SATA SSD
* Low/medium range GFX card (if need arises)

Main configuration:
* CPU : Core i3-4150 (3.50 GHz, 3M cache) Haswell Refresh (finalised)

* Board : H97/Z97 chipset ATX board (to be decided)
Asus Z97-C (SATA Express)
Asus H97-PRO (SATA Express)
Asus Z97-K
Asus H97-PLUS

* Memory: G.Skill DDR3, 8 GB Dual Channel kit (to be decided)
Ares F3-1600C8D-8GAB (for H97 board)
Sniper F3-14900CL9D-8GBSR (for Z97 board)

Questions:
1> I am inclined towards the Asus H97-PRO.
Any reason(s) I should opt for Asus Z97-C? I will not be overclocking any components (except may be memory @1866 MHz on a Z97).

2> Will the Seasonic SS400-BT PSU be enough to power the above components in the system?

3> Asus 97 chipset boards have only 512 MB maximum shared memory. Do I have to add a GFX card to have better graphics?
Will GFX performance of the processor iGPU suffer because of 512 MB shared memory limitation?

4> Is it possible to connect the two monitors to any of the three onboard video ports for dual-display?
A> D-Sub (VGA) and DVI-D
B> D-Sub (VGA) and HDMI
C> DVI-D and HDMI
Will the above three combinations work?

Thank you for your time.

hey looking at my Hard drives spec it only consumes 7w typical operating consumption, so round that up say 30watts for your 3 Hard drives. the other things are your cpu with intel your powers consumption is usually a lot lower than AMD but increase with integrated graphics. Core i3-4150 runs at 54watts TDP
