<SOLVED>
I've had my PC for about four months now, although the past 3 days whenever i start up Battlefield 4, it makes a buzzing sound through my headphones and crashes. i've looked at my pc in the inside and there's no loose cables. I'm quite new to software's to help with this sort of problem. All my gtx drivers are up to date, if my gtx 970 is busted, i do have insurance, but i want to make sure before i call the company, so any help would be very appreciated, thank you :)

PC Specs:
Windows 7 x64
intel i5 4590(3.2 ghz)
GTX Msi 970 4GB
Gigabyte GA-B85M-D3H
8GB Corsair vengence
Corsair CX750w
1tb Seagate
4 fans total, and 1 custom fan for the processor.

Yes that is sorry.
<Update> if your not familiar with the twin frozr gtx 970 design, the fans only come on after a certain temperature , well i put them on full blast and tried to run Battlefield 4 again, sadly it did not work so i'm pretty sure from that its not the GPU overheating

Windows 7 shuts down ,then requires a reboot. Then once on the main screen starts, it says "Windows has recovered from an unexpected shutdown".

If this only happen to battlfield 4 i suggest you to reinstall the game. When it happen to more games you should check your cpu and gpu temperatures.

I tried arma 3, war thunder, ghost recon, all made windows 7 crash to the black screen. I'm guessing something is overheating so I'll take my CPU off and replace the thermal paste and probably clean the CPU cooler. Could anyone suggest temperature reading softwares? Thank you

So i know that this is a late response but i found the temperatures right before Windows 7 crashed: (Using HWMonitor)
Core#0 = 54 ° c
Core#1=51 ° c
Core#2=50 ° c
Core#3=48 ° c
Gtx 970= 60 ° c

These were the temperatures right before Windows 7 crashed, and i've looked up the highest temperatures these components should go up to and these temperatures dont match that, so i'm pretty sure that overheating is out of the picture. Again any help will be appreciated

Yes, your tempatures seems fine to me. You can run a stress test to see if there is any failure when the cpu/gpu is in full load.

If that is the case, i've only had this whole computer for 4 months. Why would it start now?

So finally i've found the solution to my problem. I took every wire that was connected to the PSU out, and while i was doing that i noticed the main ATX wire was loose. Carrying on with the operation, i took off the screws and picked up the PSU, i then smashed it on the ground and it worked... no, i picked it up and used compressed air to blow out any dust. So now after putting everything together and checking nothing was loose, i've done mulitple tests to make sure(FurMark, Battlefield 4 etc),It's now working like dime. My guess is the ATX wire was loose and wasn't giving the motherboard enough power, thankfully nothing got damaged and just want to say thank you to Entomber & Dennisaalten for trying to help me :)
