Unsupported 16-Bit Application

So on bootup, a little window comes up that is titled "Unsupported 16-bit Application" And says the following :
The program or feature
"\??\c"\Users\(User)\AppData\Local\NVIDIA\NvBackend\ApplicationOntology\OAWrapper.exe" cannot start or run due to incompatibility with 64-bit versions of Windows. Please contact the software vendor to ask if a 64-bit Windows compatible version is available.

I believe this is because of Geforce Experience. Any thoughts?

Try running this application.

http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/download/combofix/

It sounds like it has something to do with your registry not having the appropriate values, so running combofix may take care of it. If not, there's a much longer, more complicated process we can try.

Close all programs. Run the software. It will warn you about antivirus blah blah just click ok. It may seem like nothing is happening, but it is. It may take up to an hour or so to run. Generally, it's pretty quick, like 15 minutes.

Hello, i have never went out on the internet and asked for help but i totally am, i have this same issue, it came up a few days ago, i have currently tried Everything that i know how to do, i have uninstalled a few programs on my laptop, i uninstalled and re installed the nvidia experience, downloaded the combofix- ran it twice; it did not help, ran the system file checker, ran the check disk, uninstalled and re installed games, cleaned a few times, rebooted a few times, updated every driver i could find, tried adjusting graphics settings...nothing is working.
i have a Dell - XPS L502X windows 7 home premium laptop, processors Intel Core i7-2670QM CPU 2.20GHz, 6.00 GB, 64-bit operating system, it has also, GPU- GeForce GT 525M , Driver Version currently is 347.88...
im so lost now, i have no idea what to do? i don't know how to get this working right again and very frustrated with the whole process...sighs*

if you think maybe you could help please would you ?
