I'm buying an SSD soon, but my chipset only supports SATA 3Gb/s, so I was wondering if a SATA 6Gb/s SSD would saturate the bandwidth and use all 375MB/s available, or run at half the speed it normally would. I feel like it would saturate the bandwidth, but I'm not an expert, so having input from someone who is would be a huge help.
