Alright so I play both PC and PS4 on same monitor. There is one HDMI port and use a switch so I don't have keep plugging and unplugging. My problem is I have to plug and unplug from the back of the PC to the monitor to get the sound to work for PS4. Is there anyway or any item I can buy to resolve this issue. I appreciate any info I can get.

Unless you want to disable the audio for your PC, you may be SOL because your switch does not stop audio when allowing the other to use video. Sounds like a new switch may solve the problem. If you do not use the monitor for sound on the PC, try disabling the HDMI audio on the PC.
