Is the Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo Compatible with my Build?

I recently put together my first build. I managed to get all the parts that I thought would work best together and I was pleased. After using my PC for a while now, I have become slightly concerned about my temperatures. I have been monitoring my CPU and it gets around 60 C at load. (Yes, I'm aware that 60 C isn't that bad.) However, it gets a little too noisy for my liking. I'm looking to get a new cooler (Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo). I was looking at the specs and for my budget it is good. I have one concern though. My case and motherboard layout are a bit odd. I'm not sure if I have enough clearance for the back plate of the cooler.

Build:
CPU: AMD FX-6300
Motherboard: ASUS M5A99FX Pro R2.0
RAM: Crucial Ballistix Sport 8GB DDR3 1600
GPU: Sapphire Radeon R9 270X 4GB (OC out of the box)
PSU: Corsair CX500M
HDD: Seagate 2TB 7200RPM
Case: BitFenix Neos

The hyper212 evo is compatible most of MB, like the one ( AM3+) you had. From the BitFenix website, they don't say the maximum height for the CPU, but I found one review, they use the thermaltake NiC C5, which has the same size as the hyper 212 evo, so they are compatible.
