about as good as you could do for that money. Id be going with 8gb ram, as you have an integrated gpu, ram is shared with the gpu. So it might use 1gb for gpu, leaving you with only 3gb for system memory. Perhaps try this build, at least gives you upgrade options to better gpu and an i3/i5/i7 cpu later on:
