Recently i found out that when watching YouTube videos they haven't been pre-loading as fast as usual anymore. I've tried everything suggested so far such as clearing the cache, history, browser cookies, uninstalling and installing the browser and resetting my modem/router, none of these worked so i did an internet speed test and the results were that i have 10ms ping, 56.53Mbps, and 29.23 upload speed which is somewhat fast. if anyone knows a solution to fixing this problem it would be greatly appreciated.
