Can't wait for skylake anymore, i gotta do this..
I upgraded from a gtx 760 to gtx970 for far cry 4 and now in preparation for Geralt, I wanna upgrade my current cpu + mobo. I do wanna overclock and stay w/intel. My current mobo + cpu or leftover from my retired lenovo k430.
What I'm really stuck on is the mobo because I wanna eventually sli 2x970's to go w/a new 1440p monitor. Plus need a cpu cooler suggestion.
Please give me any suggestions and I want to keep it under $500.
I'm thinking a 4690k + ?
My current rig, if it matters, has a i5 3350p and a lenovo k430 mobo. win8 came pre-installed..
