I'm picking out parts for a dream PC, don't have money to build it yet though. There's no budget, so what I'm asking is, what is the best graphics card? The price doesn't matter at all, I obviously want to be able to play all games on ultra settings, and I'll probably install mods and overclock.

If you want complete overkill and have infinite money, go with quad SLI Titan blacks. They'll set you back a few grand, and probably will never be utilized fully this decade, but there'll be no game that can stop em'. =)

If you're looking to be practical about a dream pc you might actually bring to fruition, two 980's in SLI will totally get you there (they are the newest and best nvidia). And if you're doing some hardcore gaming and lookin' to overclock, an i7-4790k would work wonderfully. And if you decide that's too expensive, one 980 and an i5-4690k would even get the job done I would think. Best of luck in your build!

Like I said before, money isn't a factor with this.

If you say no price restriction then I would go with this.

Obviously if your'e going to build this type of computer I would go all water cooling. Get two separate 560 radiators from alphacool and have fans in a push pull configuration, as well as two 480 ml T-Virus Reservoirs. All acrylic tubing, the works. I would not use the nzxt kraken x61 in this build, I just added it so 'pcpartpicker' wouldn't go nuts. I would also get the Case Labs SMA8 Case and customize it to your liking. Obviously I could list all the parts for water cooling and such but just to save me time, this is the rough estimate of what I would get.

Forgot to mention earlier, but I would get three EVGA 980 Hydro Copper. They just aren't listed on pcpartpicker.
