my brand new seagate backup slim 1 tb is not regognised by computer. accidental drop but not on hard surface. have all my photos backed up to it. when first plugged into usb is recognised for a second than goes into continuous flashing and drive not visible in my computer. tried on 2 computers 5 usb ports. windows 7 and 8 laptops .........HELP.
