I going to buy new gaming/streaming pc for max 1350$ but I don't need Hdd storage (I have got Wd Red 2tb).

@ykki - nice build.
I would just add an i7 4790K in there to help with the streaming part, and switch the GPU to a Gigabyte GTX 970 Gaming G1.

Also, if the OP will overclock, I recommend a Noctua NH-D14.

Since you don't need to buy Windows, you have a few options of extras. You could either increase the RAM to 16 GB, get a nicer case, or include a Blu-ray drive (for watching Blu-ray movies).
