Hi, this is my first post and, NO, I'm not a n00b and always search the internet dry for solutions, before posting anything so... to the task at hand - my specs:
Dell Inspiron 15r SE (7520)
PROCESSOR : Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-3210M CPU @ 2.50GHz
GRAPHICS : 2GB AMD Radeon HD 7730M
MEMORY : 6144MB (1X2048 + 1X4096) 1600MH
HARD DRIVE : 1TB Serial ATA (5400RPM)
Software: Windows 7 Ultimate (64bit)
AMD Catalyst Control Centre: Latest Omega 14.12 (2014.12.09)
Intel HD 4000 Graphics Drivers: Latest 15.33.32.64.4061 (2015.01.08)
Dell BIOS version: A11
Recently cleaned CPU/GPU Fan and the PC is standing on a Dual Fan Cooling Pad:
Idle: CPU - 45C` GPU - 40C`
Under heavy load: CPU - 59C` GPU - 57C` (SpeedFan, RealTemp)
No unnecessary apps on start-up, no errors using stress tests, no thermal throttling found using Intel monitoring software, did reinstall all drivers using DDU in safe mode, using all CPU cores, running Intel Turbo Boost Monitor 2.0 (3.0GHz x4), not using any type of AA, running all games in 1280x720, all the latest Dell software, Anti-virus didn't detect any malicious software, Done disc defrag and all the other maintenance things with Auslogics BoostSpeed. All Microsoft Updates installed. Registry cleaned.
Not using MSI Afterburner (Version 4.1.0), because overclocking 7730m is not supported. Did try, doing all by the manual. (google it)
Now that this all is out of the way, hope PLEASE someone can help?
My laptop, on a fresh boot, using High Performance settings across the board with 100% performance in Advanced Power Options and CCC, and Intel Graphics Properties, it performs very good:
Loadout - ~60fps (Max Settings)
Continent of the Ninth - ~40fps (Max Settings)
Burnout Paradise - ~40fps (High Settings)
TERA - ~40fps (Max Settings)
Need for Speed World - ~50fps (Max Settings)
10 - 20 minutes AFTER fresh boot I loose HALF the framerate. HALF!!! EVEN BY DOING NOTHING. NOTHING AT ALL. NOT EVEN LAUNCHING ANY GAME/PROGRAM. Loadout runs on 30fps, that's o.k.! I wouldn't mind anything @30fps. TERA is unplayable. C9 lags like hell.
I watched task manager for some malicious programs, monitored RAM, CPU, GPU differences - NOTHING!
PLEASE, SOMEONE HELP!!!!!!!!
