-PSU - Cooler Master Thunder 600 Watt SMPS
-and extra Cooler master Hyper 212X CPU Cooler for fx 6300



-Intel i5 4440 3.1ghz
-MSI 750Ti 2GD5/OC Twinn FROZR
-GIGABYTE GA-H97M-D3H LGA 1150 Intel H97 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 Micro ATX Intel Motherboard (i dont wanna overclock so i will go with this mobo)
-Ram crosair vengence 8 gb ram
-PSU -Cooler Master Thunder 600 Watt SMPS


both are of same budget ...so i wanna play all games at ultra or high which would be the best?

i dont know anything about PSU ...can u tell me what are VS , SMPS and CX?

For pure gaming 1st one is better since it has stronger GPU but it has weaker CPU and 2nd build is opposite stronger CPU weaker GPU,so if you wanna that high ultra then go with 1st one.He dont need to change PSU it is enough for his build,it has 47A on +12v rail.you can even put some slight OC on CPU with that mobo and make your system go even better since you getting aftermarket cooler with that build.Let say about 4.2 GHZ will make nice kick to system especially for online games like Battlefield 4.

Yours will hold on just nice.Later on if you are afraid you can get better one.

Yes that is better option,if you can put it in your budget,and it is more future proof since h97 mobo you will get will over you upgrade in future if you need.i5 4440 and will r9 270x will play along rly good.You will have some nice game time with them.
