I recently got a MSI GS70 here are the specs:
CPU: Intel Core i7- 4710HQ 2.5 GHz
VGA: Nvidia gtx 970 6GB GDDR5
HDD: 1TB 7200 RPM + 128GB SSD
RAM: DDR3(L) 16GB (8GB*2)
ODD: None
RF: 802.11 ac+BT
OS: WINDOWS 8.1
I've used Blue Screen Viewer and saw the causes were from ntoskrnl.exe and ntfs.sys. I really appreciate the help for solving this problem. Thanks in advance. Here is the link to my minidump https://onedrive.live.com/redir?resid=8D3014CB64C7EF47%21109 thank you again helpful community

Qualcomm Atheros Extensible Wireless LAN device driver would need to be updated. (know bugs in this version)

your bios is out of date:
BIOS Version E1773IMS.10A
BIOS Starting Address Segment f000
BIOS Release Date 10/22/2014
Manufacturer Micro-Star International Co., Ltd.
Product Name GS70 2QE
Version REV:1.0
Manufacturer Micro-Star International Co., Ltd.
Product MS-1773
Version REV:0.B

you can get a updated BIOS and maybe wireless driver from...

you can get a updated BIOS and maybe wireless driver from
http://www.msi.com/support/nb/GS70-2QE-Stealth-Pro.html#down-driver&Win8.1 64

or wireless driver from https://www.atheros.cz/
if you know the chipset version.

you also have some questionable drivers installed you might want to remove if you don't need them:
C:\Program Files (x86)\MSI\Dragon Gaming Center\winio64.sys Thu Jun 03 21:08:03 2010

\C:\Program Files (x86)\MSI\SUPER CHARGER\NTIOLib_X64.sys Thu Oct 25 03:27:58 2012
MSI afterburner overclocking software (I would remove this)

I would also update your motherboard sound driver from the motherboard vendor, you have a 2009 version.

you also seem to have two copies of a norton driver installed (with different dates)
\SystemRoot\system32\drivers\NATx64\010A000.009\ccSetx64.sys Mon Jul 29 12:50:14 2013

\SystemRoot\system32\drivers\NISx64\1506000.020\ccSetx64.sys Mon Sep 23 20:58:04 2013

generally not a good sign. (maybe go to the norton site and use their tools to remove and reinstall)
