Case fans how many do i need in the case? low budget to for the fans

So im getting a new build and the case im buying has 1 LED fan in it the case is "Corsair Carbide Series Spec-01 mid tower gaming case" and im not sure if it would be a wise investment to put another one in

Fans is all about moving air, and do you need to really. Are you a heavy overclocker? Are you using hardware known for getting hot? Usually a fan in the rear is enough air flow in the case to keep things happy, but if you want more/better airflow, you can add a front fan next, then top, then bottom, then side, depending on case (I haven't looked at your case so I don't know what you can and can't do with it.) Some people like all the fans running, my case has two up front, three on top one in the back and one in the side, but I'm running two graphics cards that get hot so I want cool air blowing on them, and I've overclocked my processor, so I want cool air getting to that too. All depends on your setup and what you want out of it.
