Hi,i will buy a asus sabertooth mark 1 for the i5 4460.
i have 4 fans.
I will buy a nepton 240m and will set up a push/pull configuration with additional 2 fans.
So i plug the 2 nepton fans into 1 fan header, another for the Pump.

Now i have 2 more fans on the nepton left! Can i just connect them to a Chassis fan header with a fan splitter or do i need a CPU-header?

I connect the other 4 case fans to their fan headers.

Another Problem:I have an Alpenföhn 140mm fan from the Gotthard-cooler in my case.It has an integrated fans splitter on its cable.
Can i connect the 120mm little case fan to the Alpenföhn-fan-splitter?
Now when i want to control them in the bios, will they run on the same speed or what?

Thanks -Luca

Solution
you don't need to worrie about the fans you need to change your build.
Your buying a very expensive motherboard and a budget priced i5 processor.
Buying a i5 4690K processor with a lower priced board would make a lot more since.
