My current Rig:
Processor: i3 3rd Gen
Motherboard: Gigabyte H61
Ram: 8GB
Windows 8.1 64-bit
Photoshop CC

I looking for best and Cheap graphics card for my system.

750ti gets good results in photoshop. More powerful cards will give you better results, but the improvements are small and they usually cost a lot more money. However if you want more power get a cheap GTX 760 during some of the current clearance sales.

What is your power supply? You need at least 400w for the GTX 760, but only 350w for the 750ti.
