I am an owner of the Cod 2 PC game and I am aware that it will not install through autorun.
I also know that it's important to open it through Setup but before doing this, switching the properties to "run as admin" and to switch its compatibility to Windows XP (Service Pack 3).
However, even with all this my game will not complete its installation. I keep receiving an error image when it begins to install. It says: "Error 1305,Error reading from file F:\Setup\Data\main\iw_00.iwd. Verify that the file exists and that you can access it"
I checked for the file and it does exist in the folders.
My CPU is a Lenovo Ideapad Z360 with intel i5 core. I don't know if that information is needed but I put it anyway.
Is there anything that can be done to resolve this issue? Anyone's help would be greatly appreciated.
