Why can't my AMD HD 7950 run Battlefield 4 on Ultra

I have a
AMD FX 8350 Octa-core
16 Gb DDR Ram
AMD HD 7950
Why can't my computer run the game with 60 FPS ????

Try leaving MSAA off and use FXAA instead. MSAA Then try tweaking a few settings here and there to let the game run around ultra. Here's an interesting write up:

You should also try overclocking the 7950 to get a few more FPS out of it.

Well i have tried overclocking to the GPU clock to 1100 Mhz and the memory clock to 1200Mhz but the everything freezes and the computer crashes
am i doing something wrong?

Turn off anti aliasing and lower shadows i think you will achieve 60 or more then,also lower terrain decoration and quality from ultra to high and im sure you will have 60+ and you even wont notice difference from high to ultra and one last thing ofc turn of Vsync so you are not locked at 60 fps..When you change video setting reload level so it takes full effect.

I could max out Battlefield 4 on 1080p and keep 60+ fps with a single HD 7950, so I don't know what you're talking about the card not being powerful enough. I could even run BF Hardline beta with 60 fps and 1080p max settings which is more demanding than BF4.
