Need help! Dont think my new RAM is running at its proper speed?

I just recently built my first build and I used older DDR3 Ram from a old stock computer, Well I got my new Ram in yesterday (Kingston HyperX Fury DDR3 2x4 8GB 1866mhz). My mobo is the ASUS M5A99FX Pro so I know that it can handle that speed. Any help what I can do to fix this?

Computer Specs:
Processor: AMD FX 8320
Motherboard: Asus M5A99FX Pro R2.0
RAM: Kingston HyperX Fury DDR3 2x4 8GB 1866mhz
Graphics: Asus Nvidia Geforce GTX 750 OC

Okay so I went into my bios and under the Ai Tweaker tab,
I found these options: any suggestions? or that doesnt sound right.

Memory Freq:
Auto
864mhz
1151mhz
1439mhz
1728mhz
2015mhz
2303mhz
2592mhz

It is currently on Auto.

I dont understand why it ain't showing 1866 as a selection in my bios, i watched a youtube video on the same mobo bios and they had the selections for 1600 1866 and 2133.
