Sometimes my computer goes through this fits where it wont let me connect to any webpages, but It will tell me my connection is fine. If I disable and then re enable the network adapter it will work for another 20 minutes before the problem starts again. If I'm in a Google Hangout when this happens it doesn't disconnect me. When I troubleshoot my internet connection it tells me my adapter is loose, but I double check it and it's fine. This only happens every once in a while and randomly the problem will stop. Thoughts?

Is this a laptop or desktop?
If laptop does it do it with both wired and wireless?
If desktop can you get a wifi adapter or different lan adapter to test?
Have you ran malwarebytes to scan for viruses?
Do you have any processes eating up system resources.

I would try to uninstall and reinstall the lan drivers then.
Just to rule it out I would try a different cable and port on the router.
Its possible the integrated network card is going bad, you might have to get a new lan card.
