Of those two I'd definitely get the 400R. Solid and great build. Another one to consider:

The Source 530 is an outstanding case. My problem with the 400r is the lack of a dust filter on the side intake fan.

Agree. Thanks for the reply. Is there anymore advantages than this over 400R? I have heard that 400R has more build quality.

Thanks envy14tpe! I have heard that 400R have greater build quality, but do you think dust filling through side panel is an issue in 400R?
Phanteks is not available in India now.

I have a 300R and I bought a dust filter (good one) for very cheap. ($2usd) I only needed it cuz I added a side fan to my case. If you don't then you don't need it. However, in India where it gets hot I'd suggest adding extra fans to help cool the system.

They both are appropriate in terms of build quality for the price. However Also take a look at the Fractal Design Arc Midi R2.
