can't add printer , print spooler not telling the add app that it is running

Hi,
Goto bleepingcomputer and run adwcleaner, rogukiller and malwarebyte to rule out malware.
If the computer is clean download windows all in one repairs and do the full repair.
I have fixed many client computers that had printer problem with it. Else I would have had to reinstall windows.
