Greetings,guy is selling MSI R9 270X card cheap.It is around 1 year old.Guy said after he started memory benchmark,screen turned black and he can't boot into Windows normal mode,since as soon he gets after loading screen,screen either turns black or stays blue.He boots into safe mode fine.What could be the problem,is the problem fixable?Thanks in advance.
