I'm using a Lenovo Y410p laptop with Windows 8. My GT 750M graphics card has not been working, and has been causing an occasional BSOD. I am unable to open the Nvidia Control Panel. In the Device Manager, the card is listed, but there's a yellow triangle, and it says that the device has reported problems (Code 43).

I've tried multiple uninstalls / reinstalls of the Nvidia drivers, including using CCleaner and Display Driver Uninstaller. At this point, I've gotten the Device Manager to say that the card is working, but still unable to open the Nvidia Control Panel. Upon restarting the computer, the Code 43 and yellow triangle returns.

I know this may be a hardware issue, but I'd like to try out anything possible before getting my laptop checked out. If you need more info, I'd be happy to help. Can anything be done?

I've just tried downloading the driver from the lenovo site. No luck.
I'm using the 700m series.
